1950: The company was founded by Reinhard Krueckemeyer Senior in Siegen. He started by selling abrasives, which he delivered to clients by bicycle.
1955: Reinhard Krueckemeyer Senior realised that the clients also had a need for adhesive tapes and so he added to his range of products.
1968: Diplom- Kaufmann Reinhard Krueckemeyer Junior entered the business.
1971:The business transformed from sole proprietorship to a limited partnership.
1974: The headquarters moved to the industrial area "Lehnscheid" in Wilnsdorf, as the location in Siegen became to small.
2002: Transformation of the business to a GmbH & Co.KG.
2003: Reorganisation according to the regulations of Corporate Identity.
2004: Successful application for the Quality management system DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.
2006: Jan Krueckemeyer entered the business.
2006: Krückemeyer started with converting of abrasive belts and adhesive tapes in the own converting department.
2008: Krückemeyer devolves the converting department. Now, Krückemeyer also bonds abrasive belts.
